Individual Therapy

In order for you to continue your life in a healthy and happy way, your needs must be prioritised and expressed in your mind. Individual therapy gives you a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. Unlike couples, family or group therapy, individual therapy focuses solely on you. This allows deeper understanding of the issues and more time for developing coping strategies to help you handle difficult situations.

FAMILY AND COUPLE THERAPY

In order to maintain an atmosphere of understanding in your relationship, we strengthen the communication of couples and families; we will first aim to express the problems and the factors that create these problems, and then to reach rational solutions to be put forward by the couples.

SEX THERAPY

Is addressing your sex related issues either short or long term. Sex therapy may benefit anyone who wants to improve their relationship with sex and pleasure. It can be especially helpful for those who have difficulty with a lack of arousal, painful intercourse, an inability to reach orgasm, or other sexual dysfunctions. Sex therapy does not require both partners.

Online Therapy

Online therapy is a new service area that has adapted to the present day and provides psychological support over the internet. E-therapy is also called e-counselling. The only difference between online therapy and face-to-face meeting is that it is provided online. Apart from this, you can get the same quality service in the time period determined by experts in the field. At the same time, with this method, it makes the therapy service accessible for people who live abroad and have language problems.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological e-counselling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy is usually provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker or licensed therapist. Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times, even after you're done going to therapy sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Psychotherapy?

Tends to be long term work and is more about understanding your inner process and how these processes affect your life. We all bring experiences and influences from childhood into awareness then explore how these may still have an affect on feelings, emotions, thoughts and behaviour patterns in the present. By being more aware you can choose to do things differently rather than repeating patterns that are no longer helpful.

What is Counselling?

Tends to be shorter term and can help you to understand and deal through issues that are causing problems in your life, focusing on the present, looking for solutions rather than the cause.

What is Mindfulness?

Means becoming more aware of what is happening right here and right now. Being mindful can help us be less caught up in our powerful repetitive thoughts and emotions which often manifest as stress, anxiety, depression, anger, self-doubt, resentment, low self-esteem. Being mindful develops through the practice of meditation. That can incorporated into therapy or taught as a stand alone stress management technique.

How Long Does a Session Take?
